What We Teach
We teach that the Bible is God’s written revelation to man, and thus the 66 books of the Bible constitute the plenary (inspired equally in all parts) Word of God. The Holy Spirit so super-intended the human authors that they composed and recorded God’s Word to man without error.
We teach that there is only one living and true God, perfect in all His attributes, one in essence, eternally existing in three Persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – each equally deserving worship and obedience.
We teach the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His Virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death on the cross, His bodily resurrection from the dead, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His future personal return; first for His church at the rapture, and then at the close of the seven year tribulation period to establish His Millennial Kingdom on earth.
We teach that salvation is wholly of God, by grace through faith, and entirely on the merit of the redemptive work of Jesus apart from human performance. Once saved, all the redeemed are kept by God’s power and are thus secure in Christ forever.
We teach the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the unsaved; the saved unto eternal life and the unsaved unto eternal punishment.
We teach that all who put their faith in Jesus are immediately placed by the Holy Spirit into one united spiritual body, the church. The formation of the church began with the arrival of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost and will be completed at the rapture.
The following documents detail exactly how that plays out in the daily life and beliefs of our church. Click below to read our Church Bylaws
